Processing Time (Handmade to order)
Each piece is handmade just for you. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48:
- Royal Mail 48 – Delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact Royal Mail directly and provide your tracking number for assistance.
International Shipping
All international orders are also handmade to order and will be dispatched after the 10–14 business days processing period. Shipping timeframes vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Duties & Tariff Charges
- U.S. Orders: We cover all duties and tariff charges. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
- All Other International Orders: Prices and delivery fees at checkout do not include local taxes, duties, or customs charges. These may be applied by customs or postal authorities in your country.

Tracking updates for international shipments may take a few days to appear after your dispatch confirmation email is sent. We recommend checking your tracking regularly for the most up-to-date delivery status.
