Our shipping times vary depending on the destination and the product(s) you’ve ordered.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

All UK in-stock orders are dispatched within our standard 1–3 working day processing time via Royal Mail 48.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you experience any delivery issues after dispatch, please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number for assistance.

International Shipping

All international in-stock orders are dispatched within our standard 1–3 working day processing time.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, and the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Duties & Taxes

Bluindium covers all applicable duties, taxes and tariff charges on international orders.

The price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay, with no additional customs duties or import taxes due upon delivery.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as Pre-Order are not available for immediate dispatch. The estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.
