Exchange & Store Credit

We hope you love your Bluindium purchase! But if something isn’t quite the right size or fit, you may exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: Bluindium does not cover shipping or customs fees for returns.

How to Get Started

Email customerservice@bluindium.net with your order number and let us know if you’d like an exchange.

Exchanges

  • We can exchange your item for the same product in a different size.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached.
  • If the item is without a tag, the exchange will not be processed.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Store Credit

  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, we will issue store credit.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and must be used in a single purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered. No exceptions. 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return costs.
